OIT will be performing their quarterly extended maintenance on Saturday September 22nd and Sunday September 23rd. While this maintenance will not directly impact DELTA-run services including WolfWare, Moodle, Mediasite, and Collaborate, those systems are dependent on OIT-run services. DELTA staff will be performing maintenance on the WolfWare Wordpress service on Thursday, August 9th between 4pm and 5pm. We do not anticipate any outage to the service during this time.

DELTA staff will be updating the version of PHP used on DELTA servers and performing a minor Shibboleth configuration change from 9 am to noon on Monday, August 6th. This maintenance should not cause any major outage.

We recently had a configuration issue which resulted in the Top Hat response software not syncing with Moodle. We have fixed the issue and Top Hat is integrating properly with Moodle. Please contact LearnTech (learntech@ncsu.edu) if you are still experiencing issues.

OIT will be performing an Extended Maintenance on their datacenters and network March 3-4. As DELTA services including WolfWare, Moodle, Mediasite, and Collaborate use OIT run services for authentication (particularly Shibboleth and WolfTech AD) there may be times when users are unable to log into our services over the weekend. DELTA staff will be performing maintenance on the Moodle servers the morning of Monday, March 5th. The moodle-projects and moodle-outreach services will have a couple of minutes outage (<5 minutes) while switching over DNS aliases. There should be no interruption of the courses servers.
