DELTA systems staff will be performing maintenance on the Moodle environments on Tuesday, May 14th. Both the Outreach and Projects Moodle servers will be offline while being upgraded to version 3.6.3 from version 3.4. There will be a brief outage to the Courses servers while they are updated to version 3.6.3 from version 3.6.2.

Academic Year 2019-2020 Moodle and WolfWare Wordpress services will be made available to faculty. Summer and Fall semester space requests will be enabled in WolfWare. Collaborate will be removed as a tool option (replaced by Zoom).

DELTA staff will apply several patches to all Moodle NC State Moodle environments. Additionally the Moodle MySQL database servers will be upgraded, which will cause a several hour outage for Moodle.

DELTA systems staff will be performing reboots of multiple Linux servers and some databases to apply necessary patches. Additionally, the WolfWare database server will be upgraded, which will cause a several hour outage of WolfWare.

There is currently an authentication issue between Zoom and Shibboleth that is preventing users from logging into Zoom. To work around this problem and log into Zoom, go to this URL (https://ncsu.zoom.us), and click the "Log In with NC State Google" button. This method will allow you to log into Zoom until the problem with the regular login process is resolved.
