The monthly Windows Updates for the Mediasite servers will be installed between 5:00-6:00 am, on October 24th, 2015. The servers will be rebooted one at a time. Additionally some minor changes to MyMediasite file share permissions will be applied during the reboots. There will be a brief (several minutes) outage when the database and file servers are rebooted, but no other interruptions are expected. The entire maintenance is expected to be brief, but we reserve the larger window in case of unexpected issues.

At approximately 1:00pm all DELTA hosted services (Moodle, Wolfware, Mediasite) became degraded due to apparent network related issues between our hosting provider (MCNC) and campus. Things stabilized around 1:42pm and we have not seen alerts since then. During this window users may have experienced page timeouts, errors, and or general sluggishness. We apologize for the inconvenience.

DELTA will be performing maintenance on its storage and networking infrastructure on Monday, August 10th from 7am to 1pm. There will be extended outages of all DELTA services, including WolfWare, Moodle, Mediasite, and Collaborate during this time.<br /> <br /> Additionally, some minor patches will be applied to the various Moodle environments.<br /> <br /> While we anticipate being finished before noon, the larger window is reserved for unexpected eventualities.
