Moodle file upload issues

Starting around 4AM today, Tues 8/27, users may have encountered file upload issues on the Moodle 1920 courses server. Users may have received an error about a missing PHP temporary folder, or other errors. We believe the issue has been corrected and apologize for the inconvenience.
