Course Description
This WLSP 201 equivalent course is designed for engineering students, and introduces technical Spanish used in professional and industrial settings. Emphasis is placed on real-world applications and cultural awareness through technical readings, case studies, and project-based tasks. Continued development of communicative abilities using an integrated-skills approach (speaking, listening, reading, writing) for students with elementary level Spanish proficiency. Students will learn to function in everyday situations, expressing opinions and doubts, and narrating and describing in present, past, and future time. Conducted entirely in Spanish.
