Course Description

This course is designed to increase the students' competitiveness in the workforce in preparation for managerial positions in agricultural operations. This will be done by enhancing their perspective of policies, trends, technology, historical context, financial strategies, employee well-being, and cultural diversity. The course will incorporate guest speakers, discussion, and off-campus learning experiences.
