Student Veteran Transition Success Seminar
Section: 001

Course Description

This seminar-style course is designed to support student-veterans as they transition into academic and campus life at NC State. Students will explore topics such as university navigation, campus and community resources, financial literacy, academic success strategies, support networks, and career development. Emphasis is placed on student-led dialogue, peer insight, and building a strong sense of community. While open to all students, the course centers on experiences common to military-affiliated individuals, offering tools and perspectives that foster a successful and meaningful college journey. The course aims to help students not only succeed at NC State but also thrive in their personal, academic, and professional lives beyond the university.
