Course Description

This course will take an in depth look at the capital markets and how they differ for issuers and investors, focusing on various fixed income, equity and alternative markets both in security and derivative form. Students will learn not only how these markets operate but also develop the technical skills to value such instruments as well as understand what factors drives valuations as well as these markets.
