Course Description

This project management course takes an expansive view of project management concepts, methods, processes, and tools, with the understanding that the discipline of project management crosses traditional industry and functional boundaries. We will examine projects from technical, business, and strategic perspectives. A survey of the Project Management Institute's (PMI(R)) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK(R)) is included.
