Course Description

Critical aspects of leadership and ethics related to Science, Technology, and Agriculture. This course will cover critical aspects of leadership skills with a focus on the discipline including knowing yourself, the importance of having the right team, listening skills, building a team, building your emotional intelligence, engaging your employees, building a culture of conversation within a team, creating thought diversity, mastering difficult conversations, taking charge of change, and crisis management. The course will also cover the Code of Professional Ethics for Engineers including case studies and ethical dilemmas.
