Section: 301

Course Description

The course will be divided into two parts. In the first part, students will focus intensively on the elements of a successful and compelling specific aims or project summary page. During this phase of the course, each student will present their own page to the class, who will act as reviewers of this document. In the second part, students will learn about other key elements of grant applications (e.g., research strategy or project description, training plan, resources/environment, budget & budget justification). They will work in groups during this phase of the course.
