Resolved - Panopto Playback Issues in PlayPosit and H5P

Update 4/30 9:50am: Panopto video playback has been restored in PlayPosit following an overnight update. If you continue to experience issues with PlayPosit materials, please contact DELTA's LearnTech Help Desk at learntech@ncsu.edu.
Playback issues with Panopto content in H5P interactive video activities are ongoing. DELTA and Panopto support teams are working to restore full service for H5P content and will provide additional updates as they become available.
Update 4/29: In addition to PlayPosit, DELTA has received reports that these playback issues are also affecting Panopto content within H5P interactive activities. Support teams from DELTA, PlayPosit, and Panopto are working toward a resolution.
DELTA staff are investigating reports of playback issues affecting Panopto video content in PlayPosit bulbs. Impacted users are encountering an error message stating, "Panopto HLS/MP4 took longer than normal to load, switching stream," and are unable to load the associated video from PlayPosit.
This issue appears to be limited to Panopto-hosted videos. Other platforms (such as YouTube) remain fully functional within PlayPosit.
Support teams from both PlayPosit and Panopto have been notified and are actively working to restore service. Additional updates will be provided as soon as possible.
