WolfWare website - Spring 2026 updates

Technical Details:

This change implements several UI changes (including some Feature Requests) * add Bulk Manage User features (Add, Update, Delete) * add sort feature for space listings * improve the message for Project/Outreach spaces pending deletion by adding the deletion date * styling fix for Moodle forums on the mobile app

In addition there are some backend, code improvement and security updates
