Update Moodle to version 4.5.7 and plugin updates

Technical Details:

Updating to Moodle version 4.5.7 for security fixes and latest patches. Updating 3rd party plugins for latest patches.

Updating mod_roadmap to latest release which include changes to the configuration form.

Fix to offline bulk grade process to properly insert and store data.
