Quiz Degradation in Moodle Outreach and Projects Courses

We have received reports of an issue impacting quizzes in Moodle Projects and Outreach spaces. While the issue is ongoing, instructors, students, and other enrolled users may encounter unexpected errors when accessing quizzes or question banks.

Our development team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Further updates will be provided as soon as they become available.
