DELTA gen database issues

We are currently working through issues with one of our database clusters.  This is causing problems with WolfWare enrollments and subsequent synchronization to Moodle systems. If we discover other services are affected we will update this notice.   We are planning to perform an emergency restart of the database service tonight at 10PM, which will result in a 5-10 minute outage of services such as WolfWare, DELTA WordPress Websites, Proctoring, and the Classroom Capture Instructor Portal. Additional maintenance is planned for next week to further address the issue.
