DELTA prod database issues

We are currently troubleshooting an issue with the database cluster that serves many DELTA hosted services such as WolfWare, DELTA WordPress Websites, Proctoring, Classroom Capture Instructor Portal.  The service has been restarted and looks to be serving traffic again but we are still investigating the cause.  We will post updates as we have more information.
