Panopto Video Playback Issues

10/4/24 Update: Panopto installed a software patch on Thursday evening (10/3/2024). We believe this update will resolve issues students are having while trying to view course videos.
9/25/24 We have received reports that some users are experiencing technical issues with Panopto videos linked in Moodle. We are currently working with the vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, impacted users can refer to the below article for troubleshooting steps that can help improve their experience. Troubleshooting Panopto Video Playback.
