Moodle update and plugin updates

Technical Details: Updates will include Upgrade to Moodle version 4.1.6 Update to the latest version of the Zoom plugin. Change the unit column to case-sensitive in the questionnumericalunits table. Enable the Grade Me plugin. Hide local login create.
