Mediasite Maintenance

--- FOLLOWUP POST: 2020-10-27 11:11:13 --- Some users are still occasionally receiving a "You are not authorized" message when attempting to view presentations. We have narrowed down the cause, but are still troubleshooting and have not resolved the issue. --- FOLLOWUP POST: 2020-10-25 13:51:57 --- Some users are occasionally receiving a "You are not authorized" message when attempting to view presentations. This has been reproduced and seems to be intermittent. We will continue to troubleshoot the issue until it is resolved. The "workaround" until the issue is resolved is to try later if you do get the error. I do apologize for the inconvenience. --- FOLLOWUP POST: 2020-10-24 13:44:54 --- The job farm workers have updated themselves. They did lose their licenses right after the update, so there was a couple of hours when uploads, transcoding, etc. did not work. Viewing was working during that time. The license has been re-applied. --- FOLLOWUP POST: 2020-10-24 10:36:38 --- The issue has been resolved. All public facing servers have been updated. The backend job farm workers are updating themselves now and should finish within 30 minutes. --- FOLLOWUP POST: 2020-10-24 09:21:29 --- We've encountered an issue which is not allowing users to login. DELTA staff will continue to work on the issue. --- FOLLOWUP POST: 2020-10-24 08:02:52 --- We are starting the upgrade now. --- ORIGINAL POST: 2020-10-24 03:00:02 --- On Saturday, October 24th, from 8am - noon, DELTA staff will be performing maintenance on the Mediasite servers. We do not anticipate a major interruption during this maintenance, however there will be a short (10-15 minute) outage during the process. We do not anticipate needing the entire window, however reserve the longer period for unexpected issues.
