DELTA Systems impacts from OIT quarterly maintenance

OIT will be performing their quarterly extended maintenance on Saturday November 10th and Sunday November 11th. While this maintenance will not directly impact DELTA-run services including WolfWare, Moodle, Mediasite, and Collaborate, those systems are dependent on OIT-run services.
